Although I said earlier that Mr 3Dogs was ok for going out this morning it was more a case of, rather than staying indoors for another day, Alan forced himself to get up and we went down to car boot about 10.30am, but all he could manage was a slow walk around the indoor market. Couldn't even be bothered to have a cuppa so, after filling up at Tosco garage using wombled 10p off per litre coupon :D, we came straight home

Mr 3Dogs is so so tired and still has that pain on his right front/side. He has felt all around the area but no tender spots, and says it feels more muscle-based possibly. I did ask if he wanted me to ring the District Nurse but he didn't want to spoil their weekend  He stayed up to watch most of the Jubilee River Pageant and had a ready meal korma and rice, but then had to go to bed for a sleep about 3.30pm.

He did say last night that not getting out was getting him down and it worried him that he wouldn't feel better than this :( This was why he forced himself out today and struggled round the market. His arms are aching with the strain of using the crutches though and he is feeling it much more effort to get about

We hope to go into the town centre tomorrow for the Jubilee Party from noon, especially as our friend, s/world consultant, is playing in her band and we really want to surprise her. However, he is going to use his seated-walker so he can sit when he needs to. Hope the weather is better than today

Hope everyone else is enjoying the Jubilee celebrations in your area ............ or at least having a nice long weekend ;)

I tried this today as part of a JTD shop, it went through at full price, no meal deal. Same with the Peas/waffles/fishfinger/vienetta meal deal - no discount applied at till. Has anyone else had this problem?

Both went through fine for me, no signs showing any deal so checked with an SA first.

    This was a superstore btw

OK this might be a bit of a TMI question, but ........

You know Andrex Washlets (the wet toilet paper ones) ...can you get anything like that individually wrapped, or even individually wrapped baby wipes?

We are off to Italy on holiday, and thought they might be handy for the yucky public loos!

I'm jealous of the lovely whoopsies you all got :-)

    :hello:Good afternoon lovelies :D

    smiley-dance011.gif

Everything went as planned with today's £40 spend yippeee!

    £51.64 before multibuys
    £40.15 after multibuys

£9.65 to pay after coupons :T My coupons didn't include 1 JTD either :D

AND it should generate £5.74 JTD :D:j

As I was leaving the 80% reductions were beginning so against my better judgment as I'd bought a tub of ice cream  I couldn't resist! Dumped shopping in the car and ended up in T's for another 45 mins waiting for all reductions :p A's is particularly generous in the whoopsie stakes as you saw last night ;) and as a result the freezer is pretty full so it had to be something special to keep me interested ;)...... cue 10 x 50p Tapas & multibuy discount of £7.50 :T Added 4 pk corn on the cob, 2 cucumber halves, 1 savoy cabbage, 1 organic tomatoes on the vine, 1 sugarsnap peas, 1 iceberg lettuce, large tub T's coconut yoghurt and some fresh cream apple/custard tarts = 9p to pay!

    smiley-dance011.gif

Came home and unpacked then wandered down to A's ....addicted :o:rotfl:

    Nothing quite like last night's beef but one of these whoopsied to 50p;

:o:o Yes I did say that my freezer is full :p and I still have the beef to cook BUT I had one of these at Xmas and they are seriously AMAZING and I haven't seen one whoopsied since! I strongly recommend it, especially whoopsied ;)

Hope everyone had a wonderful whoopsying Sunday

Such a shame about the weather but what a show in London!!

I'm very proud to be British

Thanks I tried at an Extra, did ask SA first who said no, still tried at till though and just put them through but no extra taken off. Never mind will try at superstore tomorrow.

Did get two blue maggots though and 4 pack of the tar n bug remover thanks MissL and Nikki for those.

Also was a little bit naughty, got 3 packs of gilette blades last week from A's at £1 each, they didn't have any of the fusion ones left. I couldn't remember where I bought them from;);) so took them back to T's as I thought they were from there :p and exchanged them for Fusion blades, picked up the card with 11 blades on and SA told me I was £1 in credit :D:D:D.

Haven't caught up again, so don't know if it's been posted. The pizza coupon comes off of the italian stonebaked ones as well. HTH
