A few years ago my brother was at his firms Xmas do and was pretty merry as were all his colleagues and partners.
There were a few of them dancing when the Dirty Dancing theme came on and one of the secretaries decided to jump into his arms.
My bro was all for it but unfortunately mis-timed his catch and they both crashed to the floor!
At the time they were in stitches as were his wife and her husband but she then said she'd hurt herself.
At this point my bro did his "Don't worry, I'm a doctor" and lifted her on a table much to everyone, including the "patient's" amusement.
It ended up with the lady concerned suing my brother for not catching her and making her "injury" worse by doing his "Doctor" act.
He was covered under his home insurance policy and I think they had to cough up a few grand :eek:
This was from a drunken dance which went wrong but both parties were instrumental in starting it.
If you were leaped on without warning, and it has caused you an injury, it might be adviseable to get it noted on your medical records just in case.My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

No it honestly happened!! He was gobsmacked. She tried sueing the company first, then went personally for him.
She left soon after and moved to another job.
It dragged on for ages, but the insurance company paid up in the end. I think he was panicking in case they wouldn't and he would have to personally pay her.
Afterwards we all used to laugh and say we needed a new TV, Holiday, etc. so can we have a quick dance with you :rotfl::rotfl:My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
