Of course when it's a few selfish, nasties that feel their need is far superior to others, it's easy to get caught up looking at the negatives after all the efoort you went to. But allowing them to cast a shadow over the ray of sunshine you brought to so many people today would allow them to win and losers should never, ever win. So chin up chicken and rest assured that they shall get their comeuppance.

What you and the fellow organisers of the fun day accomplished and how much effort you went to puts me to shame. Being so heavily involved in the local community and schools, you should be very very proud of yourself.

I hope your appendix held out and you're not in any pain. Please try and relax tonight and do something for YOU :Axxxx

It's Saturday night and I'm about to go to bed. I feel worse now than I did this morning pain wise, it's gone up into my neck and head now :-(. I'm told that the bloke who jumped on me was built like the proverbial, and I did land quite heavily. His he couldn't see someone almost 6ft in heels is beyond me, but there you go
