Was that using the ACM voucher too?

No, they have no machines in there to get vouchers from.

Oh well, I've no need for men's bubble bath anyway. There's still plenty Lynx shower gel from DTD times ;). (Not for me you understand - I've got Dove:p)

    It's only a game

completely OT I know, and I have asked on fb but no definitive answers...the local bee man wants £25 just to come a look at them....so can anyone tell me what type of bees these are ........sorry for carp pics as I have a carp phone and hanging out of the window with bees flying around me was not best way to get a photo!

I have loads of them in my loft........I can hear them and can no longer sleep in my bedroom as they are above my head!!

I just need to know if they will die off in a few weeks (ie solitary bees) and i just have to wait or if they are honey bees- in which case I am stuck as I cant afford to have a beekeeper move them (Bees are protected species and quite rightly so)

they seem to have orange colour top half of body and black bottom half and I really dont want to spend £25 to identify them!!

Calmspirit would your local environmental health department be able to help, I realise you don't want them destroyed but if they are causing a nuisance with the noise etc, something needs to be done. We had a wasps nest identified by our local EH officers and the council pest control treated the nest for a fraction of what private pest control companies were asking. Even a phone call to them for advice could help. Hope you get sorted soon xx

thanks for all your replies........i really need to try to get a better photo and try to identify properly......the beekeepers society people are the ones that want £25 just to look at them .......removal costs are mega bucks apparently.

I dont want to kill them of course....bees are SO essential to our planet....but if they are solitary bees they will leave soon, if they are honeybees I will need to have them removed :-(

Off to see if my son will try for a better picture!

thanks again for all your help so far, the noise in my bedroom from the loft is horrible!!!

DH says they do not look like honey bees although pics as you say are not too clear

This site might help you identify 'your' bees if you manage to get a good pic. HTH

Anyone know if the long, pink Thorntons boxes with heart shaped tags are cheap?

    They look suspiciously Mother's Day-ish

I've been back in same store this morning and checked the BBE date which is 30th September 2012. Scanned one just in case they had gone down overnight, and came up still at £6.00.

As the date is quite close, I have 'hidden' myself a couple away behind something grossly overpriced (so hopefully they wont be found).

Yes, I know, most things in Tesco are grossly overpriced. LOL

Hi all:) Wow new thread and already far into it! Hope everyone is well.

I did a bit of a Celebrate, came away from the thread as so many areas of my life were suffering. Getting back on track slowly. Probably won't be on a lot but will pop in every so often and see how you all are.

Can anyone give me a people update- 3dogs and all others? Hope all is ok with everyone.

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
