The fact that they have delivered one at the reduced price means that they have accepted and honoured that price. If they then realise that the price was wrong they are under no obligation to let you buy the second at the error price, BUT they must refund you for the second one*. This means that you'll get one item at the error price. What they are not allowed to do is keep your payment for the second one as payment towards the "correct" price of the item you have received. This is theft. If they are doing this you might want to involve your credit card company.
I'd pose the question over on the Consumer Rights board where the knowledgable people there will be able to give you the relevent Legislation that applies here, and can advise you on what to do next.
* Depending on their T&Cs the timing of their acceptance of your order including the price may be at the point of order (in which case you are entitled to the second item at no extra cost) or at the point of despatch (in which case you are not entitled to the second item at the reduced price but they must refund you what you paid for it).

Goodmorning
Cold and windy here0 -
Hiya.
I've been AWOL for a couple of days, feels like ages but I've found you on the nice new shiny thread! Thanks FK.
Off to T's later and to return some tops to H&M, from when I used the code that was on here a few weeks ago.
Has anyone tried to return items to store before? What happens, do they need the delivery note or will I just get a credit note otherwise?
Those stripey tops are a really wierd shape, and totally unflattering on me.

Morning all. Thank you for the mention Fudge-Cake, assessor for fridge/freezer not coming till next Tuesday! so without fridge till at least then as they still have to decide wether to repair or replace. Have asked on freegle fo a small fridge to tide me over but no joy:(
I really need good weather tomorrow as I am going with grandchildren for a 'Spellbound Forest Day' in Delamere forest (an Easter present from me instead of chocolate) but on the other hand need cool weather for my milk, yogurts, cheese etc.
Can't take advantage of the Welches offer now. Have some spare Price flops I don't know what to do with;)0
