Lovely to have you back Purdy and to hear you had a fabulous birthday weekend
:j
Brilliant news Smart1e, especially hearing that your new fella is a MSE in the making! :T
Well I had contingency plans for my contingency plans regarding filling the freezer with more price flopped ice creams....all of which were scuppered as the freezers were EMPTY!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::( What poop! No bogof mushrooms either so couldn't do the combo with lettuce and cucumber as I'd wanted:mad: Hmmmmph! No whoopsies to shout about but picked up a bag of bananas for 17p and 2 Robinsons fruit and barley which are 79p atm. So £1.75, paid with my £1.74 wombled price check from earlier
= 1p spend :T
On to M's where I got AMAZZZZING whoopsies! £23.86 for 62p:D:D:D:D:D:j:j:j:j:j
And finally A's where I got 8 pints of milk, loaf of bread, custard donuts and celery for 65p. I didn't have a proper look around as was the last in the shop:o:o But while I was waiting for bakery reductions I picked up one bargain that should be nationwide....Kia Ora summer fruits squash 1 litre + 100% extra free half price for £1 so 50p per litre. Pretty good price for squash
ETA: On .com it's showing a 2litre bottle for £1 so not as good an offer as I'd thought, appologiesx
Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine, cooling down here
My legs have been eaten alive  and I haven't even sat in the garden! Clearly I'm far too sweet

Boil an egg to perfection without costly egg timers by popping the egg into boiling water. Then drive away in your car at exactly 60mph for 3 miles.
After 3 miles phone your Partner & tell them to take the egg out of the pan..

What makes this incredibly funny for me is knowing people that would ACTUALLY think this is money saving!:rotfl:rhosynbach wrote: »dont know how you keep up with everyone :T i have to say he did have a choice he was told 2 weeks before the wedding me or the farm  luckily he chose me. he said it was to much hastle to cancel.

Re the vouchers next week, the Tesco takeaway pizza one could be interesting.
T's site shows a £6 meal deal, pizza, and 2 sides, less £1.50.
No idea what the sides are, maybe the site will show more info next week
