"wombling is stealing"............not if you pick the litter up off the floor. You are doing a service. Taking receipts from the bin however would technically be stealing. Can't see Tesco ever pursueing it though lol0

Glitch Alert Glitch AlertAh Haaaarrr yea landlubbers....this be the Cap'n with a further glitch update.
Yea merry shipmates feasted yesterday on the excess BBQ Boar and Chicken pieces given away by the Treasure Island stores.
In rushing to correct the error Mr T.s keytappers look like they've messed it up again.
It appears that there's a 'double bubble' glitch in play for multiples of the items where discounts are being taken off rather then straight buy one get any free (the offer is not actually a straight B1G1F, it's a cheapest item free so ALWAYS make sure you pick items in the same price - more a B1GcF).
The Cap'n just got 12 packs from Ga11onions R34ch and instead of paying £42 divided by 2 so should be £21 instead paid £16. I'm not sure how the multiples are working as the receipt said multibuy discount £18 then a further multibuy discount of £8.
Unfortunately we seem to have lost the receipt even though we put it in the bag so it looks like a Mr T. secret agent may have been on a looting excercise.
It looks to us like there may be a buy 2 AND buy 3 discount in play.
The Cap'n has other commitments now for the rest of the day but will try to add further info if I get a chance to go to some of my other stores later.
Anchors away................
edit add.
The Cap'n has just seen some landlubbers in the original thread are also getting the same double discount so it looks like this is in play at the moment.
Anchors further away...................0 -

Well Westie is back safe and well.
We popped in to T's for a sandwich and who did I see sitting outside having his lunch as we left the store? Sandersjake16.:( Thankfully, I don't think he recognised me.0 -

I just smiled and politely said ok no probs I understand and I proceeded to get me a few Wenchies ( only the chilled ones this time)
So at the moment I'm ok
