What a donut and to think these kids are our future captains of industry!!

Some of these kids haven't got the brain they were born with!:(

Donut is far too sweet a word to call him, you should have heard me earlier. :o Can't believe someone can be so stupid or am I being naive would he really not have understood the dates were irrelevant now they were frozen?

She does not get chance to go whoopsieing as supermarkets are so far from her, knowing she has paid full price for it really makes me

And has made me _pale_ ordering replacements full price after getting a good whoopsie haul last night with Debs and free meat today. :(

i agree, tinyshoes i would send a parcel of loads of glitched goodies and tell her to eat them all in front of the little shrimp:mad:

when i shared a house at uni i got my parents to buy me my own fridge freezer:D:p i just couldn't cope with one shelf;)

She is in halls at the moment so extra fridge freezer not an option but they do have four big ones between 24 of them. He has been a problem before as buys loads of frozen pizzas in one go and expects to get them in the freezer so just takes peoples stuff out but he has never thrown anything away before. Pizzas are definitely not the best shape to fit in when sharing.

Funny thing is no one can actually find what he has thrown out in the bins to rescue any of it. It was all there monday night.

And I don't think he expected her to take the money, he has not been very nice about it to someone else, one of her friends had enough and spelt it out to him that it is not as easy for her to pop into town being a med student as it might be for those on other courses. Think it was really nice of them to support her. There are only 2 med students in her block this year but next she will be sharing with few more. She is very lucky at her uni and does not need to find a house until 3rd year. ;)

Whether it's out of date or not you just don't throw out other people stuff, it's as bad as eating it!

Oooops, maybe not. *pops an extra brick in handbag* just give me her address.:beer::rotfl:

Thanks Celebrate. It is probably the drive up here on Friday that has exhausted him and I guess he will take a lot longer to get over things like that now. He insisted on driving up here himself as he felt able to do it and wants to drive while he still can. I will make certain that I drive home though. He saw the colorectal Nurse a week ago and she sent him for bloods to check if anaemic but they were all ok. No neww meds other than going back to taking 1 codeine phosphate 3 times a day, but was on those when he came out of hospital. Our GP is coming to the house to see him when we get home next week so will talk it over with him. Thanks hun

Night 3dogs and Alan. Don't think I have had chance to wish you both a Happy Anniversary. :)

Travelling certainly takes it out of my mum and we don't go very far at all. And the next day she is no good for anything but after a good rest feels a lot better. I hope Alan will too. Take care both of you. x

Can anyone help with shopping related to fruit and veg?

    Bought
    Bananas 1.19
    Kiwi 0.69
    Clementines 2.00
    Peach 1.00
    Pears 1.80

    Lemon 0.63
    Onions 0.57
    Lettuce 0.5
    Cucumber 0.5
    Potatoes 0.59
    Carrots 0.16

The clementines and pears were on offer 2 for 2.50.
I spent over 5 pounds on fruit so the 1 pound off coupon should have worked but it didn't so I should take it to CS.
Would any of the other price drop leaflets work?
Pink is so not my colour :undecided

Just got in.......otally knackered! Blazing sunshine all the ay to Tallyllin then cloud which stayed all day. Still managed to get a slightly sunburned head though through the clouds!

Issyc....sorry couldn't make Barmouth today and pics would have been crap anyway as the skies were grey and lots of very low cloud. I did think of you and those who were lost though.

23 pages since this morning and way too tired to try and catch up so gonna do a HC and 'skip to here' so sorry if I missed a reply or comment I should have seen.

Did take a few pics on route so might upload a few tomorrow. Also I've never eaten a crab and was given by a mate a rather large spider crab so will take a pic of that (its still alive in my fridge) and the fine tea it makes!

Just a very quick post from me. Sincere appologies I haven't yet managed to catch up, have made it to this morning but still over 400 posts to go and I'm falling asleep!!!!

Anyway I didn't want to be rude and not say thank you to the lovely bunch that have been missing me :o:A Things are very difficult at home and with life in general and I'm also not doing too great on my new meds so continuing to feel very low :(:( My night out 'painting the town red' ended in me coming home in floods of tears and bearly able to walk, in agony with my back and legs :( I try very hard to ignore my illnesses. They've been part of me for as long as I can remember so I know no different but there are times where I think I'm stupid for doing so :o:( I can't seem to do anything by half :o:o:o

I am determined to catch up though, I adore the escapism this thread provides and catching up with everyone's goings on! As I said before, my list is ridiculously long but I refuse to admit defeat and skip a day's posts, hopefully I'll get there tomorrow!

Am up early for bloods (well early for me anyway! :o:o:o) so will be on here after. Spent the majority of today grooming my doggies so they look beauuuuuutiful now with their summer haircuts. Still a little bit to finish off tomorrow but then I'll have a go at getting them to pose ;):rotfl:

Sending my best wishes and hoping that all went well with MMW's op [STRIKE]today[/STRIKE] yesterday :) And also wishing cattysmum the best of luck for her op in the morning.

    Night night Elite :Axxxxxx

P.S No I'm not on my travels with Westie but I am very worried about her and really really hope she's ok :Axxxx
