Morning all, long time since I have found it too hot to sleep - like being on med hols! Will be totally crackered by lunch time though.

Opened a box of my 1p chocs last night - very nice too - probably wouldnt buy them at full price though.

early morning all I totally agree with you izzeybe I could not sleep last night. In 10 mins time I am off to Heathrow to catch a flight to Simgapore for my army reunion and then on to join the family on a hol in thailand I hope every one keeps well and the weather stays fine TTFN

Issyc....sorry couldn't make Barmouth today and pics would have been crap anyway as the skies were grey and lots of very low cloud. I did think of you and those who were lost though.

Did take a few pics on route so might upload a few tomorrow. Also I've never eaten a crab and was given by a mate a rather large spider crab so will take a pic of that (its still alive in my fridge) and the fine tea it makes!

Any good advice for sun lotion? missed out on the solar stuff- I have been suffering heat stroke the past few days- lots of cycling in the sun to get to and from work.
