Does anyone know how stable the prices are on T Direct - do they fluctuate as frequently as the grocery prices do?

They fluctuate ;);););)especially on duvet covers!:rotfl:

  • I really wanted one - not sure when I will use it though.
May give it to my Mam when she's over from Canada.
Don't think it would go down well as a birthday pressie though.
Still have no inspiration & its a big one & she's coming to visit & my [STRIKE]bloody[/STRIKE] sister MADE her a necklace & earrings.
thought I would get her that clock on mydeco - that has all the photos frames around it - but both my siblings don't think she will like it.

I was thinking more of beds - DD needs a new bed and showed me late last night which one she would prefer it has gone up by £30 today so not sure whether to wait and see if it goes lower again?

Their prices go up and down all the time, If I was you I'd wait a while, £30 seems like quite a big jump in price:eek:

Snapant...hope your working day was a better one than yesterday.

Managed to get DTD on batteries today..thanks Smart1e..:T:T:T

Went to P£ngAm Gr££n yesterday, got all excited as there is now a scanner there, but it's not working..:( no socks, marmalade or 1p chocolates.

Have noticed that Thorntons mint selection are on the clearance shelves in three stores, no SEL for them, asked an assistant to price check them for me but she said they are £5 as I checked them earlier. Maybe one to watch.

Does anyone here eat Flora Buttery? We usually have butter but looking at good alternatives with the Price Flop. If they compare then the 500g is £1.95 in T and £1 in A so therefore

    2 x £1.95 = £3.90
    - £1 Price Flop = 2.90
    -£1.90 JTD = £1 total.

Anyone had them compare or know how it tastes? TIA

Oh, and can it be frozen??

    :)We freeze ours :)
Woooohooooo, off to Tywyn tomorrow!!! Is there a tesco there? :)
:D You will be very near us - Honey Ice Cream & Rachels Yoghurts. Do find the prehistoric trees on the beach.
You did say you were going to Aberdyfi - Nothing will have changed since your last trip - it is time warped Agatha Christie village :D Dogs on beach to the right :T

Nice area....you should visit Dolgellau too; a beautiful little historical town.

Haha Price Flop leaflets? What leaflets!? I got loads in Hwest last week and have given a few to the Mums up the school! :TThey think I am mad but also great as I dished out some of the packs of Haribo one day! :rotfl:
DS is still ever growing and samme loud little monkey as ever but on the pus side him being in school fulltime means my Tesco missions are more inconspicuous (sp?) as I dont have a 3 year old shouting out why are we in another Tesco? Or why are we at the tillls again?:rotfl:

Just had a huge rant at T's for not having any price drop leaflets, they are now going to consult the store... Keep an eye out please... Ive had some from a good, kind MSE'er so I dont need any this time, BUT its wrong that they dont display them, and Im just about sure that this is what's happening in our particular store...

    Thank you. :)

And yep, I have mentioned to them (politely of course) in a round about way of a vendetta.

I was informed that the post in question was off topic so I pointed out that the whole thread is off topic due to the fact everyone talks about anything and everything on here.

    I haven't received a response as yet.
    STOP LETTING IT BOTHER YOU!

    End of post.
