New here looking for cheap hotel in France

Hi everyone I just registered here, while searching for cheapest hotel in Chalon France I saw this forum and I hope you could help me find where to stay in Chalon France. My friend have been there and they stayed in fairwayhotel.fr anyone here have feedback about this hotel? I appreciate any comment about this hotel. Thanks

That's what the OP asked for, other more expensive hotels are available but you don't notice when you're asleep.

The F1 looks just about as good but cheaper and contrary to my previous comments the design on those duvet covers at the Fairway might just keep me awake.

they might - the blurb for f1 (or now rebadged Ibis budget) in France is that the toilet and shower is "near the room". However, the photo on this link is pretty much the same as the Etap (also now rebadged as Ibis budget) room I had in France, and the toilet/shower was in a little cubicle in the room itself, so it wasn't a shared facility.
