Agree with above the version you've got doesn't allow upload of files but save them and then upload them.
I'd get a domain and hosting from godaddy.com. You can get 2 months hosting for $7.98 and that entitles you to a $1.99 domain. You get free easy ftp software to upload the webpages to them.

Surely there's no need to buy a domain - only if you want a catchy web address. Similarly if the OP's ISP offers free web space there is no need to pay for web hosting (unless they are expecting a high volume of traffic). Or am I missing something?
