I am trying to establish what your complaint is, but I'll leave you to it as you will only listen to what you want to hear.0 -
Neither was it the seller's to sell. In my book there is a possible case of fraud or 'obtaining money by deception' which surely the police should be investigating. If the police return the car to the finance co, then the OP should be getting his £5k back from the seller. Non of this is rocket science is it really. It's highly likely the seller can even be identified so not a lot of footwork involved for the police!
I've provided photos of the seller, their address and everything I had. Yet the police haven't even followed them up. I have even found out both the seller and their partner have a criminal record, and the police still want to say it is Civil. If it is Civil, then why did you take my car and give it to Toyota?0 -

I've already made the proof of my documents clear in this thread and I'm not going to explain again as it's all there.0 -

Read your V5.0 -
Have a look at http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/en/Pages/professional_standards_contact_details.aspx for where you need to make the first complaint to.
Thanks for this. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them?0 -

And what is the point in that? The person on the V5 is not necessarily the owner.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0 -
