You don't have to be silver spoon fed to build up a small float of savings from those emergencies in life.

It is simple arithmitic, your income MUST be larger than your outgoings or you are heading for disaster. There are countless examples of this on here.

You are of course correct, PDL are designed for people who have nothing at all, which is why there is so many cries to get them banned altogether. Far too many people take them with no machanism to ever repay it, so roll it over with the well known consequences.
