Wearing a pair of these will certainly encourage sweaty feet:eek:0 -

In Liverpool a scally is what you would probably call a chav.

Somebody has to beat his bid. :eek:0 -
Contains_Mild_Peril wrote: »There are some sickos out there! Did they make this threat via the "ask seller a question" form? If so, you should have posted it on the listing to encourage other bidders to save the penguins! They probably wouldn't believe it was from a genuine customer though, they'd probably think you got one of your mates to say that to elicit more bids.
Problem for me is being a newbie I'm not sure how to do it.
How do I post it on the listing?
Any advice greatly appreciated:o0 -
When someone asks you a question you get an email telling there is a question about your item. Within that email (and indeed within the email in 'my messages' in 'my ebay') there is a link to go and answer the question.
Underneath the box you write your answer in are a few tick boxes, one of them will put the question and answer at the bottom of your listing if you tick it, it says something along the lines of 'add question to listing'.If that box is unticked the answer will only go to the asker, but if you tick it it gets added to your listing :-)
I hope that rambling made sense, I might go bid to save the penguins now.....Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
Unfornuately I don't think it's possible to add previous questions & answers retrospectively though.0

I just found that out thanks, shame though there were some good ones.
I'll just have to hope previous questioners ask again:eek:
All this education , I may have to find a job where I can use it0 -
Crikey these penguins are popular, there appears to be a bidding war which I may or may not be part of *tries to maintain an air of mystery*
These penguins are turning into much sought after items!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0
