hi i am on the orange network with an LG optimus 3D handset. basically i am not receiving texts, signal with drop for hours on end and internet will stop working then come back on when it feels like it.
the problem i have is that orange are saying its a fault with the handset and can't do anything about it will need to get in contact with LG and LG are saying its not a fault with the handset its a fault with orange and that they are renowned to be riddled with reception issues. also LG are saying they will charge me labour costs for the handset because the is no fault found.
this is rendering my handset useless at times when i need it the most. what can i do as i feel i am tied in now for 18 months paying £40 a month for something i can't benefit from.
thanks
Brett

Try the sim another handset and see if it shows the same problems. And if you can, your LG with another sim that way you can see if the problem follows the sim or the phone.0

Try locking the phone onto T-Mobile only and see if that makes a difference.0
