Is it worth requesting the pics they took of the car (like they do) to show i am in my correct bay and not parked over the lines or accross two bays etc?

Also i might have the reciept when they stung me the first time i was clamped by these cowboys a year or so ago, i didn't know any better and paid the £125 to get released. could i claim for that too while i'm at it?

(2nd time it happened, me and a mate popped the tie rod end and took the clamp off, left it for them to pick up and never heard a thing from them, i parked elsewhere for a few months lol)

Too right you can, you can sue in small claims upto 6 years after the incident I do believe.

Yes, Six years it is. Try for both if you can locate any paperwork to support it.
