  • So in an attempt to get over the £40 threshold I had a friend sign up and complete one survey so that I get 50p but guess what the 50p has not been credited as yet...

Don't get me wrong up until I reached £39.95 I was getting a lot of surveys every time I logged in.

    I'm having this issue too.

It has taken me almost two years to get to £39.95 (I get screened out of many surveys). Yesterday I had about 5 or 6 surveys to complete, I completed two which took me to £39.95 and then mysteriously all the others vanished and there have been no more since... It's so frustrating, I wanted to give up on the site ages ago but once I'd got over £20 I felt I had to keep going to get the payment or they'd have had £20 of opinion for free. :(

Been with OP a few years and can honestly say i've never had this problem, usually get to £40 between 8-12 weeks.
  • Tinman - I can see myself doing that quite easily now that I am logging in every day.:D

I completed 6 short ones today, 5 x 15p and 1 x 10p. Gotta love One poll, usually only a minute and no time to get bored.
  • I have been doing lots of surveys every day because I was nearing £40. I have now been at £39.95 for nearly a week and no surveys are available at all any more. I have emailed them to ask if this is deliberate on their part.

OnePoll are a reputable site. I've been doing their surveys for years and have received many payouts.

Eventually a suitable survey will show on your Home Page, and you'll be able to receive payment.

    Good luck
  • I've had no complaints about onepoll. I have had 2 cheques for £40 each and have just started again and am at about £5

With regards to not getting surveys and making another account - that in itself is surely not allowed?

Also, if you have been seeing captchas at the end of surveys then perhaps that is the cause as those come up when you're considered to be 'speeding', also, if you get one of these wrong you'll find that surveys disappear. I had this problem and I e-mailed them asking why the surveys disappeared and within two days I had my answer and everything was fine again. Good luck and hope you hit £40 soon.

I've been a member of OnePoll for over a year now and already had one payment. I was on £38.30 and there was a 10p survey available to me and about 15 competition surveys. I took the 10p survey and my balance went to £38.40, but now it says that there are no surveys available now which is very odd because there are always at least 5 competition surveys available (I never do these). I'm not sure what this means but I'll report back in a week. I hope it's just a temporary glitch or something.

That just happened to me, there were loads of comp surveys which I never do, and 3 x 10p surveys. I did one 10p survey and when I completed it all the other surveys were gone.

But they are all back again this morning.
