Glad not to be the only one with this. I think (could be wrong) but I've been stuck on £39.95 with no surveys at all the last 2 weeks. I could scream for that final 5p!

Any other time, I've never had a problem. Because it is Paypal rewarded, think I'll be sticking with it though.

not sure why so few complaints about onepoll and their lack of surveys when you approach threshold becuase this is wht they do to avoid payouts. If you dont believe me do what i did, sign up with alternative e-mail address and you will find they have lots of polls for new customers but if you are at threshold like me £39.90 none avalable. Is it fraud, not sure but it is immoral

Like many others I am also at £39.95 and have been for a couple of frustrating weeks, I'm not sure if I'll continue after I get a payout, if I actually do.

No surveys available yesterday. One survey available today but got screened out on the first question (employment status).

  • Hi All ,
I too had this issue with OnePoll ... got to £39.90 then no more surveys! I emailed several times and did get responses advising me to keep logging in. After 10 frustrating days I rang the Main Number and spoke to Kate who gave me Sian's - Member Support Manager - number at Bristol. Its O117 9066 534 if you want it.

She again said to keep trying and if nothing happened in a week she would credit my account with the 10p. I asked 'Why wait a week - whats wrong with now?" So she did! Oh Joy! Now I only have to wait for them to pay the £40 into my PayPal ...

I have been with one poll for about a year and have been completing their surveys. I am currently at 39.95 and have been for ages!! I regularly received surveys, usually one a day for 10p but since I have got to 39.95 there are no more surveys coming through!! Is this a scam? will it get to the 40.00?!

in relation to my previous about one poll and lack of surveys when you approach £40.00 as they would not reply to my e_mail i contacted trading standards who advised me to contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 who have taken details of my case and advised me that this may in fact be fraud so there you are complain and we may get some action

I'm currently on £16.45 after cashing out earlier this year. I did find I got fewer surveys after I hit the £39.50 mark but got there in the end.

I must be using a different OnePoll to everyone else. They're one of the best survey websites around!

So far this year I've received £80 in payments, and my current balance is around £24, have made £3 since this Monday!

Have been a member of OnePoll for several years now, since they were originally called 72Points, and have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and honest.

Must be something to do with demographics or something, but have never experienced any problems, they're one of my favourites.

    Update!

Well I've reached the £40 payout. There were two surveys available today, both for 15p each and I succeeded in both (they both did not have screening questions).
