I am also seeing the survey you mention, and I can't access it either! There is obviously a problem with the survey which will eventually be sorted.

My account is not anywhere near payout, therefore no conspiracy involved to deprive anyone from pay out.

It's all to do with demographics, some weeks I make more than others with OnePoll. This week has been good, others less so.

Have already had two payouts this year from OnePoll, am now half way to the next one. I really can't say there have been any problems receiving surveys when near to payout, but will see how it goes this time.

Some weeks I earn around £2, this week it's been over £4.

They really are a trustworthy, genuine company, have been with them many years.

    Good luck

Just recieved my first £40 payout. Took about 28 days (which they said would) when I claimed it. :)

I hit £39.95 yesterday and after a quiet spell for the remainder of the day, I logged on this morning to find a 10p survey, which unfortunately I was screened out of, but another 10p one came along within minutes. £40 now winging it's way to my Paypal :):)

I'm having this problem also. I was receiving regular surveys until I reached £39.90 and now I've had nothing for over 2 weeks. This is not a good way to build good customer relations.

Edit - I just signed up for a new account, same personal details as my other account and what do you know, loads of surveys! Surely this is fraudulent activity of some kind?
  • I'm having this issue too.

It has taken me almost two years to get to £39.95 (I get screened out of many surveys). Yesterday I had about 5 or 6 surveys to complete, I completed two which took me to £39.95 and then mysteriously all the others vanished and there have been no more since... It's so frustrating, I wanted to give up on the site ages ago but once I'd got over £20 I felt I had to keep going to get the payment or they'd have had £20 of opinion for free. :(
  • I am having exactly the same problem, I got to £39.90 at the end of last week and since then no surveys at all, not even the prize ones. I've had payouts of £40 twice before and didn't get any issues with the surveys drying up then. Really frustrating, especially when you know that other people are still getting surveys.

I think Onepoll are brilliant. They offer short surveys and immediately credit your account. I was paid £40 about 2 to 3 months ago and already I'm up to £23 again. it's takes a while to get to £40 but it doesn't take long to do the surveys. I find the subjects of their surveys a lot more interesting than discussing Tescos and whether the shelves are tidy or not. Some days there are a lot more surveys on offer than others. It's just the way it goes.
    Don't mess with pensioners.
  • I agree, and I often log in several times a day as they sometimes add more later in the day. Shame the threshold isn't lower.:)
