    not sure, but I guess you could, and when they phone to arrange a time/date, just say you changed your mind...

    I tried to confim on the water saving device page with uswitch but it errored out. Typical. No idea whether anything will happen or not! I already have a meter.
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
