hi, i don`t know about the email addy having to be the same. but i did my first tesco shop via pb over 5 weeks ago and have not yet received any points at all...gggrrr

Hmmm...I cant log out of my account. I click on 'Log Out' but nothing happens. We have 2 accounts on this PC, one for me and one for OH but I am stuck on my one. Any suggestions?

Go to 'tools' and 'internet options' and then 'clear your cookies', that should work, hope this helps xx

Has anyone recieved they're Cyberslotz points yet?
I signed up on 1st March and the T&C's said 2 weeks. After 3 weeks i mailed PB and they said they were waiting for a list from Cyberslotz but no points yet

I am a newpig on the block, and have ordered my first £10 boots voucher. I redeemed it on 20th march. Still not received it and am waiting patiently.

Reading through the threads, there was one post which was about missing vouchers, and the envelope was selotaped , and it needs to be signed for.

How do they normally come? Is there a distinctive envelope covered in piggies? I do not know, please can someone tell me how their vouchers usually arrive?

I have lost mail before, and want to keep my eye out.

Can you please help me on a fake tan for my daughter who is in a play about the seaside, and needs to be tanned to show off the youthful figure in a bikini? (aaahhh, i had a youthful figure once, many moons ago, in fact last century)? Preferably one I can buy with above mentioned boots voucher.

usually just in a normal white envelope with Empathy Marketing return address on the back....

Dont worry just yet...it often takes a few weeks for vouchers to arrive.
