How did you register an interest without agreeing to switch and did the points go on straight away.

South West water take referrals from Uswitch but you still have to go through their application process you are not obliged to have a metre installed although I think I will anyway, I will save a fair bit!

I dont know what I did but I did get a credit card switch with u switch AND LOOKED at the water and gas and was credited 3 x 1500 points. Ordered 50.00 boots vouchers

Give it a chance as it can take a while - if you haven't got them in a month , send pigsback your registration email and they will chase it for you. I had to do this but OH got his no probs.

it takes around 2 weeks to get the points
