but as it stands now they WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO COURT NOW
if the law gets changed in the future it will not backdate to anything that has happened now
Self regulation ( as it stands now) has no legal standing despite the post above
these are NOT legal loopholes as suggested but FACT based on the law as it stands , the PPC's are NOT allowed by law to ask for an punitive charge (not a "fine" as they try to call it)Ex forum ambassador

So he's just picking on threads that show up when you search on 'Parking Eye'.
Obviously he'll vary it a bit now just to cover that one up, but I think we all know who he works for/runs.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
The Clever companies dont do court for a very good reason, they loose if the case is correctly defended and then the loss gets publicised on boards and forums country wide, so when you google or search the company name, you find out that they have lost the cases they tried in court.
Now if you are smart, unlike companies such as excel, you know that it is hard to use threats against people if every time they search you, it comes up that actually the judge pulled down the parking companies shorts and smacked its lying little botty !.
So by not doing court, they remain higher in profit as doubt still exists if you only google the name.
After all who is going to take Parking Eye seriously after they spent near on £5k to get £15 back.
So the answer is the smart PPC dont go anywhere near a court as around 60% pay straight up.
To the OP,
Welcome to the 40% who did not pay the impersonation of authority fake parking ticket and nothing ever happened to us club.
To remain a member it has only 1 rule, to inform as many others as possible that this is nothing more than a complicated multi layered impersonation of authority scam.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Yes, we do. And he isn't anything to do with Parking Eye. From his style, his inability to spell correctly, and his inability to put words in the correct order, he's someone that we know well and have seen before.0 -
You owe them nothing, apart from your (and hopefully your friends, family & work) boycott of the store.0

Thanks very much for all your replies :T
Let the battle commence !!! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Won't be much of a battle. They will skirmish a bit with some toilet paper letters, then hold up the white flag and run for it!0

The Battle is easy, you pull up the drawer bridge and watch them shout threats, until they get fed up and go look for an easier castle to attack.
Lower that bridge and start talking to them and they are in !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
