How did we guess.
What do you normally do with Flyers left on your windscreen ? call them up, or bin them.
If you have told them you had a payment ticket, the generally ask you to send the exact ticket, not a photocopy and they will review your case, then they pretend it never arrived and turn up the heat.

Don't you know Excel are only protecting the revenues of a closed down shop, the revenues of which are zero owing to the fact that the shop no longer exists.0
