Hi I'm a new member to your area so please accept my apologises if I repeat or fail to understand the rules.
I have read the many and varied posts regarding Excel Parking, Roxburghe and White, but can i ask for constructive opinion on the following. My wife parked her car in an Excel car park in Nottingham, paid the correct ticket fee and did not overstay etc. However on her return was greeted with the plastic bag containing a notice stuck to the screen. It alleged that the car had been parked in an unauthorised area - there were no signs saying where the area's were, the ground was rough hewn rubble - hence no bays etc marked out. The notice had got the car registration wrong - by just one letter - I ignored this, subsequently recieved a letter, it was addressed incorrectly - they had only used her fornames, no surname. I ignored this and have now got solicitor White sending me letters - I have asked for full details of all signs and details of any images taken of the car at the time - they state they have some !. Will they take this to court? many thanks

Right you just ignore this rubbish
Dont correspond again
Graham white is not a real solicitor, its just part of Roxburghe.
No "they" wont take you to court
Nothing else to add reallyHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
No-one will take you to court. Especially not the phoney solicitor Graham White. They have NEVER taken anyone to court. If you are getting letters from G. White (an alias for Roxburghe) then after the second they give up on you and you won't hear from them again.0
