Computer freezes if I try to opem MSE

After years of viewing mse with the same security suite my computer freezes now every time I try to open it. I have to force shutdown as the curser and touch screen are locked.

I haven't changed any security settings (Kaspersky pure) and the only way to visit mse is to deselect the online virus protection.

I know this has happened to others as I recall a similar post earlier, but what is the issue??:money:
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Ok smart ars!d answer aside, Which version of Windows, which browser are you using, and it could be that your ISP's DNS servers are pants. You really do need to give as much info as possible otherwise folks really will get tired of asking for the information that they need to help you It may help if you download Hijackthis and post its log on here , http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Don't select any toolbars when installing and don't select fix when it runs.

It's windows 7 and sky is the provider, I haven't a clue what an ios is, such is the depth of my computering knowledge.

Been running this same system for just over a year now on the same security with no issues untill last week. Scans revealed a trojan threat last week but removed it.

It could have been BiOS :)

But that aside, tried a different browser?

Does it only happen on certain pages, or all MSE pages?

Does it happen on any other websites?

Thank you, yes, it could have been. But equally as irrelevant.

Looking through the forums this started after an "upgrade" on the forum in March. It has still not been resolved, despite direct requests from the MSE Techies (MSE Ian) asking for assistance in identifying the errant script https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3866149

    You can try changing the security zone for MSE;

Well for what ever reason it's fine today, maybe MSE have resolved the issue so I'll leave settings as is at present.
To answer an earlier question, it's only MSE and it doesn't matter at what page, what browser link etc, as soon as any aspect is viewed or tried to be viewed; "big freeze"

    Thanks for the help. :money:

That could have been possible if cyclonebri1 was using this:

But cyclonebri1 was actually using this product: :p:D
