hello, ive decided after years of PAYG to get a contract phone.
i've checked the comparison websites and found a BB Curve 9320 for £8.10 per month (£24.00 before cashback) from mobiles.co.uk
sorry for being a bit silly, but i dont understand this at all, how does it work? what is cashback? it all seems a bit too good to be true... i've looked through the forum without luck...
could someone explain to be please?

It's dead simple
Companies offer incentives to get you to buy their products.
Most mobile phone tarrifs work on this basis with cashback (or at least mine did)
Over my 24 month contract I would send them my bill from the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th month... in return they'd send me £49 each time. Just so you know by the way I've never had a cashback payment rejected (Not to say it's not possible ofc)
Over the year you add up that amount and take it off your payments which is how you get the lower monthly figure
Since i've been using cashback websites in total I think i've had over £600 for stuff I was just buying anyway right from bank accounts, insurance through to stuff from normal shops. 0
