    I reduced my Citalopram dose ten days ago from 40mg to 20mg. I don't feel AS tired as I did before but I am still getting the dizziness that I had with the higher dose. Most importantly for me, the drop in dose hasn't effected how I feel emotionally, which I'm very pleased about :)
    Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

    Can I just send a word of warning out do not take 5 HTP with any SSRI. You risk getting serotonin syndrome which can be fatal at its worst. You will find that some do and there are websites advocating it, but honestly I wouldn't risk it.

    Thanks for your replies, I'm looking forward to this tiredness being over - and to getting off them. Whilst they've been fab for dealing with the anxiety, I've let alot of things wash over me that should have been delt with:think:

    hi, Thanks for that. I have read about 5 htp and taking them with a SSRI is a no no, my oh knows things, dont worry, we just wanted something natural.
