Exchanged faulty phone

Hi i had to exchange my faulty htc one x which broke after 3 weeks, i have received my new phone today from mobile.co.uk do i now get another 28 days like with the first one? or have i only got 1 week left with this phone and if anything happen after that i have to deal with htc direct?

As you didn’t have an opportunity to examine your product before you received it, within 7 working days from the day after we first attempted to deliver your product we will either exchange it (in the case of a handset only) or cancel your agreement and provide a refund as detailed below.

Don't know, but the word 'original' seems to imply that you don't have another 28 days.

The 28 days is fixed - any extension would have to be negotiated, otherwise I is betterment and otherwise excluded.
