I've had no luck at all on the Glamour comp so far. My daughter had a lipgloss and nail polish and OH has had a nail polish (not his colour) and hair conditioner.

Best to get Jasper checked out Wingo, it's probably just the heat but better to be sure.

I think it started off with the heat even though we tried keeping him in the shade with lots of water, it was just too much for him. A few other friends said their dogs were ill too. He as started eating his food again so will see what he's like today.

My sons got a football presentation tonight so looks like it will be a late night for the kids.
I'm so annoyed with his school, the April school holidays my son had his hair shaved in swirls at the back for his football tournament but when he went back to school the head teacher went mad with him telling him it looked a mess and he when he explained it was for his football she said he wouldn't represent the schools in anything. His hair has now grown back but he has been dropped from football and cricket even though the sports teacher said he was one of the best in the school! I am livid that they could upset a ten yr old so much! :mad: he cried his heart out bless him as he is so passionate about sports and won trophies for the school.

Parcel man has just knocked on with another book from waterstones and i'm really excited with this one.. He handed me a brown box (knew it was nothing i had ordered off ebay as they are all small bits) so opened it to find a selection of goodies from L'Oreal. It was 1 of 200 prizes and contains a hair dye, a full size bottle of shampoo, a full size bottle of conditioner, a bit pot of colour protect hair masque, a foundation? Eyeliner, lipstick, eyeshadow and blush

Thats terrible about your DS Wingo - some teachers seem to act like dictators and bullies a lot of the time.

Yeah Sheils it's simply bullying especially as some other kids have their hair like it too. Theres nothing in the rule book about hairstyles, they are not allowed gel on their hair or spiked too! But they tell the kids...not the parents! I don't see how a hairstyle can affect the learning so if he wants it doing again like it I will let him! It's their loss if they don't let him compete for the school. I am so proud of him how much he has calmed down and he has jumped two sub levels this year. His teacher is lovely and can see the best in him.

Must be the day for hair care as finished work to find a WEM from Schwarzkopf to say I was one of first 100 entrants and have won a goody bag. Can't find post at minute though so will haveto thank later. It was a facebook one. Mayis ending well
