Does anyone know the odds of winning major prizes such as holidays and cars? How many entries does itv.com/competitions receive for their big prizes? How many of these are premium phone calls and how many free web entries?

Hi Ronknee. These are questions that only ITV could answer really. You would be better off contacting them.

You've also posted this on the board meant for comps only, if you look in the Comp Discussion Sticky it will probably be moved there when a Board Guide spots it.
