Anglian Windows / Home Improvements?

Dreadful company to deal with, has taken them nearly a month to comeout just to look at whole list of faults and defects with a so called Guttering and Fascia installation to my home. It is going to take them another 2 weeks or so before they rectify the faults.

SO BE WARNED IF YOU WANT A DECENT JOB WITH OUT THE GRIEF DO NOT USE ANGLIAN WINDOWS / HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!!
My Mind wanders, if found please return.

Make time of the essence. If they fail to act reasonably, you can get a court order forcing them to act, or for them to pay reasonable costs if you get someone else in to do the work.

Seek advice from a solicitor or citizens advice.
Don't bother trying to sue me - I've got no money!

I used to work for them, dreadful company, although they are the market leaders in their field! (albeit due to their marketing tactics)

A colleague/ friend of mine is locked in a never-ending saga with Anglian windows. I have listened to her spending hours on the phone trying to get them to do their job properly. And once the windows are installed that isn't the end of the story - 4 months later and she is still battling and waiting for them to bother registering her with FENSA so she can get her certificate (which is a legal requirement!!)

    Avoid like the plague

This was the company who phoned me trying to sell their wares. When I pointed out to them that I had been registered with the TPS for three years, they more or less accused me of being a liar and insisting that I wasn't registered. So I reported them to the TPS.

Well latest update on the Anglian saga, their Luton Installation manager came out admitted the work was faulty and they will fix the faults in about 2 weeks, well that was a week ago....still no news on a date.

Will take court action after 6 weeks from my first letter (19th Feb) as this is the period they claim is in the contract to put the work right. So roll on 2nd April.

I had my first dealings with this company today and it was just for a quote but i'll never deal with them after the diabolical customer service I received.
