Incorrectly quoted reg number on PCN

Sometimes, but they don't have to. However they have issued the original PCN incorrectly so that's the end of it. If they 'correct' it and send you an NtO, then, as stated, you simply appeal it all the way to the adjudicator where it will be cancelled.Je Suis Cecil.0

then you sue them as they know full well the PCN is not valid. But chances are they will just bin it if they see the PCN and photo don't match.0
