    It may be worth switching to a claim management company that can offer better advice, rather than run with the one your insurer sold your details to. They may like a quick settlement to get their fees in quickly, for minimal work, and may not be best for your circumstances.

    it is the same compant who dealt with mt sons personal injury claim (he was never offered an early settlement figure) and he got roughly £600 more than this early offer for same type injuries,
