Edit: yes it was you and quite a hectic travel plan too with tours every day.

We seem to have a couple of MSE members who claim HRM/HRC but can manage to undertake quite rigorous overseas trips, sometimes completely alone.0 -

I know that's why I said as you said. Well maybe someone else used her account, or maybe her condition changes as I said before.

Which is just as well since someone may get hrc because they need care and support during the night - but the princely sum of £77.45 would probably not buy in even one night's agency care.
.
I specifically stated that it was legally allowed to spend money in this way; I just dislike people boasting about how they use money in a way for which it's not intended.0 -

She does state in those posts about meds and her pelvis:I also have a pelvis 80% full of plates, screws, and god knows what else.... should I get a doctors note detailing this or should I be ok going through the airport security etc.
So I beleive it's only the travel part that seems to be in question. There is a strong possibility as that thread was posted over TWO years ago that she has deteriorated. It was not last year as originally suggested, so a lot can happen in two years.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0 -
Why don't we have a flying pig smiley?
See now that's just rude. How dare you all start jumping to conclusions when polo isn't even here to defend herself. Why must you always look to put people down and assume the worse. It makes me sick. At least let the poor woman explain the situation before you judge her.I SUPPORT CAT RESCUE! Visit Cat Chat to support cat rescue too.

I can well imagine the far right wing comments. In my twenties when I used to go the gym, I befriended a lady there who was totally against the benefit system. She was very acidic in her attitude towards anyone on benefits and could be quite nasty.
She was totally incapable of putting herself in someone else's shoes (surprising how many people lack compassion to do this) because in her world she had her nice house, her 2 kids, hubby, all working and working wonderful.
She would have no problem calling people scroungers (and more besides) to their face and used to get into many an argument etc (The irony was she was only 4ft 10 but boy her tongue made up for it :rotfl: )
Roll on a couple of years....I hadn't seen her for a while. I then spotted her near town and boy she looked ill. We had a natter and it turned out she was on benefits, in a council house, struggling to adapt as her hubby had had an affair and thrown her out and she had lost her job around the same time
Talk about karma - needless to say her attitude changed. Considerably.
I've heard so many similar situations like this, and personally I'd much rather be in my council house on benefits than a horrible spiteful person slating someone who was ill...
I get so fed up with people slating us on benefits, i'm a good person, never broke the law..
I'm shocked by the governments attitude towards the sick especially as MR C had an ill child who should know more than anyone how much pain and heartache disibility can cause..
Karma is right, it does come back to them and disibility can happen within 30 seconds, doesn't take much to happen, can be an accident or illness..In my case I woke up like it...
People can keep denying that claimants have a right to benefits we do, we're not fit to work, that's what the system was put into place for, a safety net..For some there is no way of ever being able to be off benefit so what there is no crime committed...
The goverment want it both ways, how much is collected per day in fuel duty, isn't it something like 85 million per day...we still pay it though...
Anyone who wants to slate me, wants to see what I go through in a day, but I still get on with it, I'd happily take a job but there is no job that I'd ever be able to do....I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

I know; but her photos there don't match the longterm history picture that has been posted here. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1894739
I'm really, really hoping someone has hacked her account; it's going to shatter my belief in posters otherwise:(RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Wait until you've been a member for more than 5 months (I used to have another name) and see if you're still so naive then!0
