  • Hi all,

Just reading through this old thread and thought i'd put in a good word for a company that my parents bought through a while back. They deal with repossessions and the like, and don't charge fees, other than a reservation fee (which IIRC is deducted from the purchase price).

This is the thread that I started before: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2584141

The company is called Broadgate Residential Investments. Very helpful with my parents purchases (they went on to buy another after that initial purchase) and all went according to plan, despite my opposition to it!

You have to register and they do charge, but you get a free period, someone suggested that you can re-register with another Email address when your free period runs out, I myself could not possibly comment on such a underhand trick.

It would stink to high heaven!

It does! the vendor's workmen used the loo in the property we bought, a good 4 months before we completed

We went through about 3 litres of bleach just getting it to a state where we could touch it to remove it!
