had a days driving job 15 days ago think i was caught speeding by a camera van the firm has heard nothing how long do i have to wait

If it is sent by first class or equivalent (which would include recorded) post, it is deemed to be served on the second business day after the day it was posted - if it was recorded or registered even if it wasn't delivered.
