She does inform the CSA every time he makes a small payment but insists on the DEO which they are in the process of doing, she has asked him time and time to stop making payments in to her bank but to pay the CSA direct so that they know where he is up to as she does not want to be calling them up every week as it cost's money to call, belive me though compared to what he should be paying though these payments he makes are just a small fraction
Now that you have said though that the CSA may think he is trying and delay the DEO makes me think is this what he is trying to acheive0 -
I don't think your friend is being unreasonable in her wish for her children to sleep on a bed of some description, but it's not something I would waste court time over.
Surely she can borrow some camping mats (or camp beds) from a friend, or request that he does the same, for their next visit? That would seem to be a very easy solution when money is as tight as he says. Come to think of it, I have 3 unused, sealed single bed mattresses in my garage (don't ask!) that are free to a good home if that would help.0
