I have never heard of them & they have no google reviews. Is it a real company? They are really cheap. Too good to be true??

I think you've answered your own question.

If you can't find anything about them do you want to take the risk you'll get a payout.

Have you considered putting them on a house insurance contract, loss or accidental damage outside the home is usually pretty cheap to add to a household policy.
  • I agree, if you can't find any reviews stay clear, iPad repairs are quite cheap from local firms, if the worst case happens, save £5 a month and get it repaired for tops £100.

For breakdowns only Square Trade extended warranty and accident protection is a very good value for money - £75 in total for 3 years (£63 for £450-500 item)

Home insurance is the way to go. Add accidental damage/personal belongings coverage to your cover and you're golden.
