cheaper sky deals

I'm looking through our accounts and am wondering how I can shave back the sky contract a bit.
We currently have thesports package which DH will not budge on but I wonder if I can make it cheaper by combining it with the phone line.
A sky/land line/broadband package isn't really viable as we get free broad band with his phone contract.
Any suggestions on what I can do to get a better deal without losing the sports package would be much appreciated! Thanks!
