I'm waiting to find this out, I had someone buy my phone/PDA on Monday, but they had an 'unconfirmed' address so I refunded and relisted. The phone sold again almost immediately.
I filed against the first buyer for refund of FVF due to unconfirmed Paypal address and will ask Ebay to credit the relisting fees - may or may not work, but the additional £2.15 is a small price to pay for not being scammed.

I think you can only relist for free if you go through the whole unpaid buyer process and then relist from the original listing.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

hi
this is indeed a scam the very same thing happened to me in my 1st auction (mobile phone), ebay acted very quickly and removed my listing and refunded all my fees. if you check out the community forum

there are many examples of similar experiences. as others have said do not post the item, contact ebay and tell them what has happened, do not have any further contact with your "buyer". i was gutted when i learned what had happened to me but treat is as a learning experience and be wary in future.
hope that helps, good luck
