Onetel email problems AGAIN

Onetel's, mail server is not working yet again! :mad:

It used to be so reliable but since the TALKTALK takeover there have been loads of times when I can neither send nor receive. The recorded phone message says that they are aware of the problem and are working hard to fix it ....mmm

Well wherever you place the rant I just wanted to say I agree! I have had so many problems since talktalk took over and I hate the service now! Problem is everyone seems ot disagree on who does give you good service so dont know whereelse to go - and no I couldnt get my emails again this morning ...grrrr.....

Done Onetel, done Nildram, done F2s. In each of those cases they went down the plughole after being taken over by larger companies.

Now Zen... No problems at all. A tad more expensive, but not a great deal. And in the end, you get what you pay for.

I have heard good reports on Zen and just looked at them (todays fiasco with onetel going bang again is spurring me on) so will give them a go!

My last years at uni we moved from NTL to Zen purely because of the customer service and their technical knowledge. Very very helpful and pretty much helped you do anything you wanted (my housemate was setting up his own web server etc).
