All sorted, cushion covers washed will go hang them up now. Also, inspired by a thread about how many clothes a woman should have, I've had mini flingage! I pulled out a dozen things that are now too big for me, and then sorted all my tshirts ditching the scruffy ones (most) so a bagful ready for cs. Am pleased about that and might tackle jeans etc tomorrow. If I do it by category, it's not so "huge".Bossymoo

i want to claim ppi? however, as usual with me things are not so simple! i had a loan in 2003 for 5 grand and paid that loan off in 2007. i think the cost of that loan was about six and a half grand. that loan was paid off by another loan from the same lender (my bank) for 12 thousand pound over ten years... ok so far? about a year later i split with my wife and took out another loan to pay my wife off and consolidate all my debts, this amounted to about 35 grand. all of these loans incorporated misold ppi's?
should i claim on each one or should i make a collective claim? im tempted to go to a ppi company as im worried i will mess it all up

I'm an auntie again! I got to the hospital at 8, they broke her waters at 8.20 and she had 6lb 7oz William Yoyo at 10.29. Yoyo is his Chinese name (her husband is the Chinese warrior). So exciting but my DS2 won't be happy to share his birthday. Even more significant it is 100 years to the day since his Great Grandfather was born.
I'm in DD1's bed. I need a lie in in the morning!0 -
Morning all!
Weather doesn't look to promising again today - don't know about anyone else but I'm really resentful about still using the TD - It's May for heaven's sake! I should be using the washing line! Not worth risking it, plus if it's dried in the TD alot of it can just be folded up and put away - result - no ironing!
Got soaked yesterday in the heavy rain/hail showers we had in the afternoon - I was standing outside a school doing a traffic/speed survey with some children - very interesting! But also very wet - I will check the weather forecast more carefully before volunteering for that one again!
My crochet shawl is coming along nicely, quite slowly as it's such fine wool - but as it's quite small I carry it in my handbag so I can do odd bits here and there and it's surprising how every little really does count. Only got 30 days to finish it though!
Quick pizza dinner tonight and I should get most of the list done, then more crochet - our latest rescue beagle has undergone a personality change since we had him (allmost 6 months) - he's had many homes and had been beaten so was very suspicious and fearful, stand-offish and would not even make eye contact with us - our older one used to sit on the sofa with us and he would watch the 3 of us wondering what was going on! Now it's a battle to see who will get to the sofa first - he has totally changed, loves to be a lap dog in the evening (whilst carefully avoiding my crochet!) and moans away with pleasure - they get on pretty well together too despite the 5 year age gap - so there's an incentive to get my flying done quickly, so I get a decent place on the sofa!
Oh well, work time again - have a good day everyone!:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

Morning All :wave
Quick post before getting ready for work. I ended up with my sisters two girls staying for dinner when she brought DS back & 5 minutes & DS’ room was a mess so they were flung outside to play! I have family planning tonight at 7.20 so won’t have much time between getting in, dinner made, showered, dropping kids off, will see what I can achieve, I don’t have a study & bathroom was cleaned last night, shredding is done daily. I have finished yesterdays list now, done the LR window this morning.
PS…..I have an interview on Friday, have been looking for another job for around a year, its P/T & I don’t know what the salary is, hopefully I can get a half day on Friday as its at 3.40.

todays challenges include DD1 to hosp at 9am and a college open evening at 6pm.
Am hoping I have warded off a migraine (at least for now).
And despite being on tranexamic acid this month's visit from Aunt Flo is proving very challenging. Back to the GP for the next step me thinks..... ( whatever the next step is.....):jFlylady and proud of it:j0
