There's a seller with 350 listings, large bulky items 4 feet x 2 feet, all at 0.01p and all with no postage information ---- it says 'not specified'
Says "because of non paying bidders contact us before bidding or your bid will be cancelled."

He has a rating of 100% positive with a history of about 100 items.

His selling history is all over 90 days old so not open to scrutiny.

If there is no postage information any bid is going to be non binding, right? Because you can say after winning the object that you don't accept the postage fee -whatever it may be except maybe free postage-?

Can I report him for anything because I don't like his business ethics?

Assuming he does't shill bid all his items in the last seconds (which he probably does) if I did win the item for 0.01p and I accept the postage fee, he can't cancel my winning bid wothout giving me an opportunity to pay, right? Well he could, but then I would report NPS.

What part of his business ethics are you having a problem with?
He may sell at 1p & with free p&p, a lot of the Chinese sellers do. I'm not assuming this is a Chinese seller, just using it as an example.
He's a bit silly asking for potential buyers to message before bidding, as there's automatic 5* for comms if there are no messages needed. (Or at least I think it's come in already.

It doesn't say free postage it says on every listing that there is a postage fee -from the wording it is supposed to be referenced in the listing- but there is no postage information.

In the postage column it says "not specified"

I don't like being told I have to speak to him before I bid
I don't like not being aware of what his postage will be

The first is surely not allowed in Ebay rules?
The second will make any bid non binding anyway.

Supposing I bid in the last 2 seconds and win he won't be able to cancel my bid surely?

Now you've changed the OP, I understand the post.
Sellers have to specify the postage costs, so yes you could report him.

How would you pay someone one hundredth of a penny anyway? (0.01p)

And saying that he will delete any bids who have not got his permission to bid, is that allowed?

It's not disallowed, I'm not sure why he'd want to and it would be a lot of hassle to keep doing, not to mention offputting to buyers.

Why does Ebay have a "report item" and not a "report seller" option this guy has 350 listings all with no postage info. If I report a listing they will only remove 1 listing. It should be much more user friendly the reporting service so they would then remove all the listings he has in one go.

There's no point reporting it now, it only has 1 day to go. I tried asking him how much the postage is. He has not replied, I think he expects you to phone him on the tel no. in his listing rather then use ebay messages !!!

I reported a different seller yesterday. I reported 3 of his 70 listings most of which were commiting the same offence - keyword spamming, But he also put his phone number on his listing to contact him for other items (hence the keyword spamming) but I could only be bothered to report 3 (not 70)....have they been removed yet? .... No

It seems Ebay's commitment to user friendly access and acting against rule breakers is as pitiful as it has always been.

And also unless I bookmark all 350 listings individually when they all complete tomorrow night I won't be able to find them all again to check he hasn't shilled the lot in the closing minutes....... Unless you can do an advanced search for a specific seller and completed listings can you?

Buy one, Pay for it and then you will find out what he wants.

If its too much report him and leave feedback?

Why don't you just ignore his listings and get on with your life? Does it really bother you that much, he will tell you the postage if you simply ask him. If you don't want to ask him then leave him alone.
