T - mobile Pay as you go call center

I was wondering if you can help me . I'm thinking about joining t- mobile , but I was wondering if anyone can tell me , has there pay as you go call center has come back to the UK or is it still in the USA?? . I hope you can help . thanks

T-Mobiles has call centres in the UK, Philippines and in the USA.

As far as I am aware, although this dates back to shortly after the time of the Orange/T-Mobile merger, that it is in fact Phillipines/Offshore based for PAYG CS and "Low Value" PAYM.

That said, with a few web searches its fairly easy to get a UK based team to help.
