Karlie - cant get the £10 off new customer code to work

comes up with Sorry, this eCoupon is invalid and cannot be accepted. Please check that you have not mistyped the code.

@lushlady Please don't think i'm being patronising, but are you copying and pasting the code? Only quite often it pastes in an extra space after the code, i found mine wouldn't work at first for that reason. Sorry but just thought it was worth a mention :)

Hi there is also a £10 off £70 online for existing customers.
A shop that earns a jtd voucher too would be a nice combination.
I could not get the bakery or meat one to work so I called cs and they kindly sent an e coupon for the amount.

Just a quick question, maybe stupid? Do you have to set up a new account? I have used the delivery service once before, they did send me a new customer voucher last week which I thought a bit strange considering I had already used them granted not for a long time!
