i have been a registered online customer for tesco for years but have never done an online food shop will i be considered a new customer?

I did my first online grocery shop last night and the £10 was allowed - I've been buying from tesco direct for years and was already registered so you should be alright.
  • First post, but I've been following this site for a while. So frustrated! I was about to complete my shop and enter the codes but they've since been removed! I don't suppose anybody could...private message them to me? If that's allowed. Or let me know how to find them again. I feel silly for refreshing the page, but I didn't expect the discount codes to be removed! :o

Can the price drop ones only be used once or if you wish to place another order can they be added again.

Hi there is also a £10 off £70 online for existing customers.
A shop that earns a jtd voucher too would be a nice combination.
I could not get the bakery or meat one to work so I called cs and they kindly sent an e coupon for the amount.

Where is the £10 online voucher for existing customers, please.

Hi, does anyone know if this has expired already? I have just set up a new account and spent quite a while doing my online shop. I got to the part to put the code in and it says that I cannot use it as it has been used the maximum number of times already. The only reason I set up an account with them is to utilise this offer as they are usually more expensive than asda but thought it would be ok with this discount.
    Thanks :)

Don't expect Tesco to hold these offers for as long as they advertise. We've decided not to shop online with them anymore as they are removing offers after 24 hours, despite advertising them as running for a month. Sure Max Strength for Women was supposed to be 50% off from last Tuesday to early June. By the time our delivery came on Thursday the offer had ended and we were charged full-price.
Also sick and tired of them removing items from the order before they pick/deliver the product, claiming it's no longer available. Wife went into the store this morning and decided to check for stock of a couple of items due tomorrow - shelves nice and full. When she checked the online order 30 mins later, they were no longer available!!!
