Back to the original post...
If you're new to this deal then please read the whole post; if you're revisiting, then go to the bold bits.
OK so this is a bit of a long post, but if you read all of it then you should get a decent amount of groceries for a really good price.

Tesco have released their new set of Price Flop codes which can be found here:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=53066899&postcount=3684
These codes can be stacked and some of the offers overlap, e.g. buying £3 worth of citrus fruits and £3 worth of apples and pears gives you £2 off but you can also use the fresh fruit coupon (£1 off wys £5); so you can get £3 off when you buy £6 worth of fruit. The same can be done with the vegetable coupons.
The codes are valid from 16/5/12; ***so make sure you choose a delivery day from this date, otherwise the coupons won't work***! EDIT: this is no longer the case! It turns out that the codes are valid from now on online shops (thanks to Hiddenidenity - MSE).
Please see below for an updated 'hypothetical' shop.
Also, the online price flop coupons take into account the price of the item before any special offer deductions; so for example, if bags of apples cost £1.50 each and they are on offer 'buy 2 for £2', then put 2 in your basket. Total is £3 before any special offers are taken into account; £1 is then deducted for the original offer and then a further £1 is taken off when you enter the coupon at the checkout. So you get 2 bags of apples for £1. Note: this does not work with half price offers, a third off offers etc. It only works with BOGOF, buy 2 for £x, buy 3 for £x offers etc.
:T
Register as a new customer first on the Tesco website, then go via the Quidco link to get a code for £10 off when you spend £50. Quidco/Tesco also give you £5 cashback (they've always paid out for me and I think they're very reliable). Remember, a new customer can be anyone in your household who hasn't shopped with Tesco before.
So to summarise, buy £50 worth of selected grocery items to maximise the price flop coupons; this allows you to get upto £19ish off your shop. Then get £10 off for being a new customer and then get £5 cashback via Quidco in a couple of months.

Here is my NEW hypothetical shop:
1 x 1kg Counter Pork Boneless Leg

4 x Mcvities Galaxy Caramel Cake Bars 5 Pack
TOTAL - £41.70
Then add £8.30+ worth of groceries that you need to get the total to £50ish.
****************************
So as you can see, I have changed some of the items to maximise on any current offers (e.g. the Flora, the cakes etc.). The shop gives more variety of groceries and a couple of extra items. As a result, my new hypothetical shop is £3.78 cheaper than my last shop; which means you have the opportunity to buy more grocery items to get your shop up to £50 (if necessary).
****************************
The above shops used the following price flop promos:
SO........
.....total £50ish then add £2 for collection or £3 for delivery.
Deduct £17 for price flop coupons.
Deduct £10 for being a new customer and spending £50 or more.
Deduct £5 for cashback via Quidco
TOTAL £18ish plus collection/delivery price.
:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
Remember that offers will change in a few days, so there will be more offers that we can experiment with. And remember the important point, the online price flop coupons take into account the price of the item before any special offer deductions. Let's hope for some good BOGOF offers!
I just did the above in 30 minutes or so....think it's a pretty decent shop for £18.
If we work together to find items that are on offer and allow us to use the price flop codes then this could be a great grabbit!
Phew and breathe....:rotfl:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
***UPDATE***
The Flora spread and cake bars are no longer on a decent offer. 2 new offers have emerged today:
Mr Kipling Viennese Whirls 6 Pack - £1.30 and BOGOF. Therefore buy 4 packs for £2.60 and get £1 deducted using price flop code = £1.60 for 4 packs (and that's not countering in the £10 off or £5 cashback).
Tesco Cheese And Onion Quiche 400G - WAS £2.20 and NOW £1.10. Buy 1 pack and get 50p off using price flop code = 60p for a pack.

For some reason that i can't work out, i'm only getting £16 off with the priceflop coupons, not £17... But my total's still £28 and Quidco is already tracking at a fiver so this is a fantastic deal! Thank you so much.
Just to warn people that the Braeburn apple 2 for... deal expires before the 16th here so i don't know anyone'll experience a problem, i chose them anyway...0 -

Hello,
I am new to all of this. Just wondering, where do you get the Price Flop codes from? Does Asda, Sainsbury's etc do this as well?
Any help/info/ links that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
