    Good luck Thorsoaks son!!!!!!!!!!
Macmillan is a brilliant organisation and the money will be used very wisely and well!

I bet you will get through at least TWO boxes of tissues before he crosses that finish line!!!!

He's already walked half-way (50 k!) I'm glad the weather is being kind to them all!

Wow, keep posting his miles and we'll cheer him on from the comfort of the sofa!
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

I've just spoken to him (5.a.m) and he has just passed the 85 k marker - so only 15 k to go ...but they are now on the hilly, boggy muddy bit - but he still sounds quite bright and good - only 15 k to go!

I'm just about to drive down to Brighton, hopefully to get there before he crosses the finishing line, to cheer him on - and spray him with champers! (not very MSE - but it has to be done!)

Well, he finished at 9.40 - so he took 25 hours instead of the 24 -but itwas very heavy going the last 15 k and they all geed each other up, over the finishing line!

We're home now and he has had a long soak in the bath - don't know when he will be able to get out of it though!!
